Cognition Training or "Brain Fitness"

Did you know that the human brain starts slowing down as early as age 25? Just like physical fitness is improved by exercising the body, the idea behind brain fitness or traiing is that by keeping your mind sharp and performing brain fitness activities, cognitive abilities can be maintained or improved. There is strong evidence that high levels of mental activity by way of various challenging activities can develop stronger, healther brains and reduce age-related dementia such as Alzheimer’s. There are 5 major brain areas that require regular exercise: Memory, Concentration & Attention, Language Skills, Visual & Spatial abilities and & Executive functions (like problem solving & logic). And just like your body..you need to “use it or lose it”. Some products we offer are specifically oriented towards Brain Fitness. However, some of our Communication products offer Brain Fitness as an additional benefit.
